Jeffrey Wong
Partner
Jeffrey has more than 20 years of experience in corporate transactional work across various jurisdictions. His experience includes working in various senior positions in investment banks and board directorships of listed and regulated companies.
He was awarded Singapore In-house Lawyer of the Year at the Asian Legal Business South-East Asian Law Awards 2009 and was named one of Top 25 Most Dynamic In-house Counsels in Asia by Asian Legal Business in 2009. Jeffrey was also a member of the Primary Equity Markets Sub-Committee of the Capital Markets Committee in 2008 and a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (now known as the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants) for the 2009/2010 term.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Jeffrey also completed the Chartered Value and Appraiser Programme awarded by Nanyang Technological University and holds a Diploma in Regulatory Compliance from International Compliance Association.
Outside family, friends and work, Jeffrey’s interests include Judo and basketball. Jeffrey is currently a board member and registered referee of Singapore Judo Federation, as well as a 3rd dan Judo black belt. He also serves as the Assistant Secretary General of Hwa Chong Alumni Association.
