Our lawyers are particularly experienced in shareholders’ disputes investment recovery claims and has consistently obtained favourable results for our clients in obtaining urgent injunctions and remedies under the Companies Act. We also regularly take on complex cross-border disputes and work with foreign counsel. White-Collar Crime

We also assist executors, trustees and administrators in all aspects of estate and trust administration. Through ongoing partnerships with insurance companies, we currently provide estate planning services to their clients as well.


Charities & Institutions of Public Character Regulation

 

The team is experienced in advising charities and Institutions of Public Character (‘IPCs’) on corporate governance and compliance issues with the Charities Act and its regulations. We provide support for AGMs, EGMs and Board meetings and advise their Board members on their duties in dealing with charitable assets and businesses. We have served to raise governance standards and increase transparency for these clients to enable them to focus on their charitable missions.
