Zhang Jun’s practice is focused on civil litigation, arbitration and insolvency. He has represented both Mainboard and Catalist companies and acted in shareholder and corporate litigation involving complex factual and legal issues.
He graduated magna cum laude from the Singapore Management University in 2019 where he was twice placed on the Dean’s List and received subject prizes across different areas of law, including the Ashurst ADTLaw Prize for Best Student in Commercial Conflict of Laws, the BlackOak LLC Prize for the Top Student in Corporate Insolvency Law, the Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore Prize for the Top Student in Insurance Law and the Tan Boon Teik Prize for Top Student in Constitutional and Administrative Law.
He holds a prior Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Since the early days of his practice, he has argued applications as lead counsel. With an ability to grasp and digest complex facts and legal issues and offer pragmatic advice, he is trusted by his clients and colleagues to deliver results.
